Jay is one of the founders of Three Mugs and a US Air Force veteran. He may now run most of the administrative business operations, but he is extremely well-versed in the brewing process due to his years of brewing experience and assisting individuals with his past homebrew shop. If you ever want to pick his brain, join him on the patio for a cigar!

Wendy is one of the founders of Three Mugs. She assists in the day-to-day operations and is very knowledgeable about the beer industry. She, Christopher (the original beard mug), and Jay ran a homebrew shop, which inspired the brewery years ago.

Nico moved to Oregon from Oahu, Hawaii back in 2014, and found a passion for fermentation. She’s been with Three Mugs since 2017. She’s our resident baker and chef, and marketing extraordinaire, as well as an assistant in brews–some of which are her recipes that are usually inspired by flavors of Hawaii. She is engaged to Josh (tongue mug), and they both have a beautiful daughter.
